1st Post – sort of. . .

Hi there all, by all I mean the one person who reads this – my sister. Ah at any rate, I have revamped my blog. I am an avid sewer and frequent the Maryland Renaissance festival and Otakon religiously. Often the costumes I make requires patterns I cannot buy, so often I must make my own. I am making this site to document my work and to help others (if they ever stumble across this). I am frustrated at the lack of costume construction conversation. Normally all I read is;

I'm sorry, that's just not enough. I understand wanting to guard secrets and patterns, but throw out a bone. Okay, so I've got a digital camera (or will have one soon) and promise to show as much and tell as much as I can!
